The quiet residential condominum Casa Appartamenti Alin consists of two seperate buildings and is located in a vast olivetree garden, only 10 minutes walk from the little town of Malcesine. The apartments are built and furnished to high standards. All the units in this development have large balconies or sunterraces, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with shower cabins, safe deposit-box and satellite Tv. Most of the appartments offer breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. There is a private carpark and storage surface for bikes and mountain bikes. Some of the units in our newly restored neighbouring house can be enlarged and used by groups up to 8 people. The beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within easy reach (only 10 minutes walk), for sports enthusiasts, sailing, swimming, mountain biking, walkingpaths are nearby (600 meters to the cablecar Monte Baldo).   • The present price list is intended per apartment per day in Euro: taxes and service charge included.
  • Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein.
  • The minimum period required is 3 nights.
  • The following services and facilities are included in the official price: carpark, water - electric - gas supplies, refrigerator, safe deposit boxes at reception, safe deposit box in the appartment, final cleaning, windsurf deposit, bicycle deposit.
  • Other services available on request: extra bed, small beds, independent heating, linen at the start of the vacation € 5,00 per person, change of linen € 5,00, shuttle service to airports.
  • Children's special: from 0 to 2 years of age a discount of 100% • The discount is applicable for children staying in their parent's apartment.

  • An advance payment of 25% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked. On arrival the balance payment is required.
  • The methods of payment accepted are: cash, cheques
  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Alin shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 50% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 80% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
