Agriturismo La Filanda. The Cavazza farm is a complex of old buildings dating back to the XVI century. It was once a filanda (spinning mill) and accomodation for peasants working on the farm. The farm is set in the small village of Montinelle which is part of the small town of Manerba del Garda. Nestled on the edge of the Rocca Natural park, the farm's main products are cereals and olive oil (DOP), particularly known for its lighttness and flavour. Food, shops, newspapers, tobacco and chemist's shop can be reached in 3 minutes walk. Lake Garda is only 1 Km from the Agriturismo La Filanda. Apartments: the building were completely restaured in 1999 and 8 apartments of various sizes were obtained. All apartments are self-catering and have one or two bathrooms. Kitchen linen is provided.   • The present price list is intended per apartment or room per day in Euro: taxes and service charge included.
  • Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of room or apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the type of accommodation available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein.
  • The minimum period required is 2 nights.

  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Agriturismo La Filanda shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 30% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 80% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
