The Residence Franca is located just five minutes from the centre of Arco. Residence Franca has elegantly furnished rooms and apartments from two and up to 6 people. Every room or apartment has private facilities, television, balcony, and kitchen. In addiction the guests will find a wide garden, private parking for cars, motorbikes, small boats, and deposit for bicycles and surfs. Our seven apartments and our six rooms will be a relaxing base for your rest, your comfort, your sporting activities, also visiting the beautiful surroundings. To get our Residence, you have to live the Brennero motorway at Rovereto Sud, then go in direction of Garda Lake (follow the signals): you pass Mori, Loppio and Nago and go in direction of Arco. You have to drive the way for Riva: take the street on your left called Via Frumento. The Residence Franca is situated at the end of this street on your left. It's a light brown building! All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
