Residence La Fattoria is located close to the historical village of Lazise (1km from the center and the lake). The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein.
  • The minimum period required is 7 nights.
  • The following services and facilities are included in the official price: carpark, water - electric - gas supplies, refrigerator, centralised heating, air conditioning, linen at the start of the vacation, irons and ironing boards, final cleaning, barbecue, internal bicycle hire service, bicycle deposit, internet point.
  • Other services available on request: extra bed € 6,00 per day, cots € 5,00 per day, small beds € 5,00 per day, change of linen € 5,00, daily cleaning € 20,00, washing machine, drying machine, baby sitter service, dogs allowed on a lead € 6,00 per day.

  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence La Fattoria shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 30% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 50% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
